On Thursday 09 October, there will be another LIVE spatial audio meetup here at Notam. This time, Mariam Gviniashvili will be visited by Rune Skramstad.

Rune Skramstad is Technical Director at NNNN with expertise in audio and mechanical engineering. He started building loudspeakers with his grandfather in 1989, continuing with loudspeaker design/building, DJ-ing, music production and live sound engineering from the early 90s. He started his first audio-related company in 1999, has co-founded three audio-related start-ups (two still in operation), worked as a journalist for Musikkpraksis for 8 years, worked for Tandberg Telecom and Cisco for 10 years designing loudspeakers and microphones, and holds four patents in electroacoustics. Audio is also his most prominent hobby with a strong focus on Atmos home cinema, vintage audio technology, room acoustics and large horn speakers.
