Nuts and Bolts workshop at Notam: "Manual and electronic filters" with Julia Giertz & Camilla Vatne Baratt-Due

In this workshop we will explore filters and different ways of filtering sound. Together, we will look at different forms of filtering sound and build our own unique RC filters. Camilla Barratt-Due will also demonstrate how she modulates and filters sound with her hands via deconstructed accordion tubes, and how she shapes air using motorised fans. Julia Giertz will present her metal resonators, which together with transducers create manual filters for processing sound.
