About the different residences
Inkonst
During your stay at Inkonst, accommodation will be offered at our collaborative aparthotel, The More, located just 50 metres from the venue. Your work will take place in our dedicated residency space, The Studio.
At Inkonst, you will be part of a very active and international artistic environment. Throughout the year, the programme includes residencies, guest performances, concerts and public events with local, national and international artists. The centre serves as a natural meeting place for artists working in the region. Together we want to offer a solid working context that includes access to technical facilities, curatorial dialogue, links to research environments and participation in an interdisciplinary artistic platform.

Sound Art Lab
The artist residency at Sound Art Lab aims to facilitate and support the development of high-level artistic projects in all fields related to sound and listening, as well as to foster exchange with local, national and international networks. We offer facilities for artistic production available around the clock, private space in our shared artist apartment in the centre of Struer, artistic and technical guidance in all phases of the project as far as possible, as well as space and equipment for public presentations and contact with local sound technology companies and other partners.
We have three sound studios equipped with studio monitors, advanced audio interfaces and computers with audio and video editing software, as well as a multi-purpose room that can be used for spatialisation of installations, performances or multi-channel speaker setups. All four studios have been recently refurbished and acoustically treated. We also have three studios, and artists can be assigned their own studio upon arrival for the duration of their stay. The studios offer bright and open spaces that can be adapted to different needs.

DAR
At DAR, the artists will stay in the cosy Lithuanian spa town of Druskininkai, in spacious apartments with free Wi-Fi and some basic technical equipment (speakers, mixers, microphones). DAR are long-term partners with the Music Innovation Study Centre in Vilnius (130 km from Druskininkai), allowing the artists to visit the studio there several times and develop their work with professional support.
The Music Innovation Study Centre is equipped with three acoustically adapted rooms: an auditorium, a spherical sound studio (with a setup for high-order ambisonic sound), and an editing and control room. The centre focuses on innovation in digital music technology and collaboration between art, science and education on a national and international level.
