Would you like to work in one of Notam's studios or our project room? We are now accepting applications for a residency at Notam in spring 2026.
With this residency programme, we want to facilitate and support the development of various artistic projects. The residency can last up to two weeks, depending on the project. The duration of each residency is agreed directly.
As an artist in residence at Notam, you will work independently, but with access to a strong professional environment and organised surroundings and facilities. Artists in residence will have access to Notam 24 hours a day.
You can easily submit an application by filling out the application form below. The deadline is 17 August 2025. A response from Notam will be available by 27 August 2025.
As an artist in residence at Notam, you are free to spend your time as you wish, and we do not expect any finished product. However, we would like artists in residence to share what they have been working on in a small presentation for our staff and other artists in residence.
Please note that we only provide our facilities and resources for this residency. We do not cover travel, accommodation or production costs. If desired, we can set up a letter of intent.
This is what we provide:
- Free use of our facilities for artistic production
- Some technical support
- Feedback session with Notam employees (if desired)
- A professional environment and international network
- Letter of intent
We do not provide this:
- Financing of travel or accommodation
- Honorarium
- Production costs
