Notam’s Live Visuals meetup is a gathering for anyone interested in Live Visuals. It’s an informal get-together where we can share ideas, projects and techniques, or simply help one another.

Live Visuals can be described as the real-time production and manipulation of visual elements such as video, animation and graphics presented live, often synchronised with audio. For example, you can use a combination of pre-recorded media, live camera feeds and image processing, displayed on screens, projectors or other surfaces. Live Visuals are central to everything from concerts, theatre and clubs to art installations and experimental film. The Live Visuals meet-up is led by Eili Bråstad. Eili Bråstad is a visual artist based in Oslo who works with video, film, photography, live visual performance and installations. She has collaborated with a number of musicians and performing artists, creating various forms of live visuals using video, video mapping and lighting. Her work has been shown at exhibitions and festivals such as the Arctic Moving Image and Film Festival, Imagine Native (CA), CTM Berlin (DE), Riddu Riđđu, Kunstnernes Hus, Atelier Nord and Vårscenefest.
