John Chantler presentation 13. Okt

We have been fortunate enough to have John Chantler working at Notam for two weeks this fall, mostly in studio Sirius with his own artistic development.

He is in the process of further developing the project surrounding the piece ‘The Long Shadow of Decline’ which he performed live at the ZKM in December last year. This is a threefold suite for organ and electronics, similar to the material he used on the album ‘Still Light, Outside’.

This Thursday he invites to a presentation where he will talk about working with immersive and spatial sound, with modular synth and his own working methods in general. We also get a listening session with his music inside the studio Sirius.
